1. General Agreement

By booking or using any services provided by ABZ Driving School (operating as ABZ Drive), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all driving lessons, road test preparation sessions, and related automotive services.

2. Services Provided

ABZ Drive offers professional driving instruction, including:

90-minute structured driving lessons.

ICBC Road Test preparation and Mock Road Tests.

Use of a dual-controlled automatic vehicle for ICBC road tests (subject to conditions).

Class 7, Class 5, and Class 4 Restricted training.

3. Booking & Scheduling

All lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability.

While we try to accommodate your needs, preferred times and dates are not guaranteed.

A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

4. Payment Terms

Advance Payment: All services must be paid in full before the session starts.

Packages: Must be paid in full before the first lesson.

Cash Payments: Accepted for the initial Driving Assessment or by specific prior arrangement. A minimum deposit of $50 is required to secure any cash-based booking.

5. Driving Assessment ($50)

This is a one-time introductory 1-hour session available to new students.

Booking depends on instructor availability and does not take priority over regular lesson packages.

This session is strictly non-refundable.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Any changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Student Responsibility

Students are required to:

Hold and carry a valid BC Driver’s Licence (Learner’s or higher) during every lesson.

Arrive on time and be in a fit state to drive (no impairment by medication, alcohol, or fatigue).

Follow all instructor directions promptly for road safety.

Safety Clause: ABZ Drive reserves the right to terminate a lesson immediately if the instructor deems the student’s behavior or condition unsafe. No refund will be given in such cases.

8. No Guarantee of Passing

While we provide expert training, ABZ Drive does not guarantee that a student will pass the ICBC road test. Results depend entirely on the student’s performance, consistency, and conditions on the day of the test.

9. Vehicle Use for ICBC Road Test

The use of the ABZ Drive vehicle for an ICBC road test is not automatic.

It is available only to students who have purchased a qualifying package and have received prior approval from the instructor.

The instructor reserves the right to withhold the vehicle if the student does not demonstrate sufficient safety and readiness.

10. Limitation of Liability

ABZ Drive is not liable for road test results, delays caused by traffic/weather, or any indirect damages. Students are covered by the vehicle’s commercial insurance during lessons while under instructor supervision.

By submitting any form on our website or booking a lesson, you consent to be contacted by ABZ Drive via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your training.

13. Changes to Services
