Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All driving lessons and services provided by ABZ Drive are subject to the following terms. By booking a lesson, assessment, or package, you officially agree to this policy.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

No-shows are considered late cancellations and are strictly non-refundable.

3. Lesson Payments

All lessons must be paid in advance to secure the reserved time slot and instructor availability.

4. Package Policy

Lesson packages must be paid in full before the first session.

Refunds for Unused Lessons: If a student requests a refund for the unused portion of a package, the refund will be calculated as follows:

1. Lessons already completed will be charged at the standard single-lesson rate ($110).

2. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the remaining balance.

5. Road Test Packages

These specialized sessions must be paid in advance.

Due to the high demand for vehicle booking, missed or late cancellations (less than 24h) result in the total loss of the session fee.

6. Driving Assessment ($50)

The initial Driving Assessment is a one-time introductory offer. This session is non-refundable and subject to instructor availability.

7. Late Arrival Policy

We value your time and ours.

Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

Shortened Lesson: If you arrive late within the 15-minute window, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time, and full payment applies

No-Show: If the student is more than 15 minutes late, the lesson is cancelled, considered a no-show, and is non-refundable.
